Gö Gravel Staubkorn Attacke 2 – May 26 2025
After heavy rain fall, we dodged or surfed puddles instead of sucking dust into our lungs.
I had great fun chasing back over four kilometres after being delayed.

Scouting Gö Gravel Konstantins Östlicher Kreis – May 22 2025
A year ago, Konstantin was at my emergency room bedside displaying love and care; thus, it was great to be scouting a weekend informal Gö Gravel ride set for June 1 with him.
The route is superb with fantastic views of the Harz Mountains, there are forest trails, gravel and sections of glorious asphalt feldweg to rest our bodies upon.

Gö Gravel Staubkorn Attacke – May 19 2025
We replayed the 9th stage of the Giro d´Italia transposing the Strade Bianche of Tuscany to Gö, raising glorious dust plumes about our wheels.
The 27th Gö Gravel informal Monday evening social tour featured Josh, Besfort, Felix T, Konstantin, Simon H, Tatiana, Tim E, Victoria, Paul G, Chris, Adrian, Basti, Johannes S, Johannes L, Stefan B, Norman, Henny, Christian, Sebastian B, Ann-Christine, Sören, Max H, The Nurse, and John. 25 in all and not all are mentioned.

An icy wind bit into our bodies but did not spoil our ride.

Gö Tro Bro – May 15 2025
It’s been almost a year since the Grim Reaper failed to sever my ties on this mortal plain and gather my soul, and two months since a second stent was fitted. I am now able to cut my pharma and ease the medical brake upon myself. Its liberating!!!!!
To celebrate I played out the Tro Bro Leon road race in my head which features sections of Ribinoù (farm roads) held at the weekend and this year it poured with rain making the muddy sections very interesting!
I chose tracks similar as that found in Britttany.
On route I came across a car crash and was third person on scene, I went to the aid of one driver but left when an off duty Red Cross person showed up and all was secure with an ambulance inbound.

A Dirty Gö Strade Bianche – May 3 2025
I have come to believe that the best antidote to the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune offered by life is to indulge in pleasure, but not to the exclusion of all else.
Riding in the rain is one, perverse some might say but not me. I´m into the dark side! Rain makes me contemplative and there is an added visceral edge.
